The Role

As Country Manager for Mexico, you will lead Cubbo’s most important market. You will own the performance of our revenue, fulfillment, and last mile operations, and ensure each of these teams executes with excellence. Your mission is to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in Mexico while scaling Cubbo’s capabilities to meet the demands of top-tier ecommerce players.

 


You’ll report directly to the COO and work closely with regional and functional leaders across LATAM to align Cubbo Mexico with global priorities. Your role is both strategic and operational—setting the direction while staying close to the ground.

 


You’ll lead a team of ~300 people and oversee a network processing over $300,000,000 USD of GMV per year. You’ll lead a lean cross-functional org, with shared services embedded only in Mexico. You’ll need to lead with influence beyond your direct scope to align resources and drive results across functions.

Mexico is Cubbo’s growth engine. As Country Manager, you’ll be the single point of accountability for market success. You'll align commercial, operational, and customer success efforts under one strategy—and build the team that makes it happen.

Business Leadership
Own the full P&L for Mexico and deliver revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, and operational efficiency.
Drive operating leverage, balancing investment with profitability.
Lead the Heads of Revenue (Acquisition and Retention), Fulfillment, and Last Mile.
Ensure cross-functional coordination and alignment across all departments.
Execution and Scaling
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and budgets are met across all business units.
Drive operational excellence in fulfillment and last mile to support commercial goals.
Be the escalation point and ultimate owner of high-impact incidents or operational crises.
Identify blockers, risks, and inefficiencies—and remove them decisively.
Talent and Culture
Build, retain, and inspire a high-performance leadership team.
Instill a culture of accountability, candor, and speed.
Lead by example through extreme ownership and transparent communication.
Enterprise and Strategic Accounts
Personally engage with top strategic customers.
Partner with the Head of Revenue to win and retain key accounts.
Ensure Cubbo Mexico is perceived as the most reliable fulfillment partner in the market.


Innovation and Growth
Identify and launch new services, partnerships, or markets within Mexico.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to build local feedback loops into the roadmap.
Benchmark performance against Amazon, MercadoLibre, and top logistics players.
 
Skills & Experience
6+ years of leadership experience in fast-growth companies (logistics, ecommerce, SaaS, or similar)
Proven track record in P&L ownership and team leadership
Experience managing multiple business units (e.g., commercial + ops)
Strong financial acumen and operational discipline
Excellent people leader, coach, and team builder
Strategic thinker with bias for execution
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong ecommerce network
