Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager located in São Paulo, Brazil. Our office is based in Pinheiros. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, managing software development processes, and leading a team of engineers. Day-to-day tasks include project management, integrating various systems, and ensuring seamless collaboration among team members. The role also involves setting goals, monitoring progress, and facilitating technical discussions to drive innovation and efficiency.

Team Growth & Leadership – Build, mentor, and retain a team of high-performing engineers in São Paulo. Achieve an employee engagement score of 8/10+.
Delivery Excellence – Ensure the team consistently delivers product increments on time with high quality, hitting 90%+ of sprint commitments.
System Reliability – Improve uptime and reduce critical incidents (target: <1% downtime, <2 major incidents per quarter).

Lead the use of AI-coding tools.
