What You’ll Do:

• Build and evolve a scalable AI automation platform for diverse use cases
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven and agent-based solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and platform engineers
• Ensure robustness, performance, and maintainability of the platform
• Apply advanced techniques in ML, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in AI engineering
• Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for persistent, context-aware agent behavior
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in software development and machine learning (AI, automation, or intelligent agents)
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. n8n, Workato)
• Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and agent frameworks (LangChain, Vertex AI Agent Builder, OpenAgents)
• Hands-on experience with vibe-coding, prompt engineering, and agent workflow design
• Understanding of scalable system design and distributed computing
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
