Software Release Engineer

We at Recrutify, together with our partner KPIT, are looking for a Software Release Engineer

• Manage the entire software release lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
• Build artifacts on software component and product level
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve release goals
• Review and provide input on integration testing plans
• Achieve software releases within defined timelines and quality standards
• Document and maintain release-related procedures, reports, and release notes
• Communicate necessary release details to clients/customers
• Maintain and oversee release automation tools
• Initiate and manage progressive release processes
• Identify and implement automation tools for construction, continuous integration, and deployment of software releases
• Ensure releases operate as expected and troubleshoot issues as needed 

Requirements

• Ability to handle software infrastructure management and configuration management
• Engineering degree (with automotive knowledge)
• Knowledge of GitLab and software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with static checks (QAC-MISRA guidelines, other coding standards)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills

• Structured thinking
• 2 -5 years of experience in the organization
