Key Responsibilities:
5G Site Tuning Babysitting working permanently at customer premises . Selected candidate should teach customer in Nokia 5G KPI monitoring , optimization and acceptance process:
Responsibilities:
- Act as Nokia NPO Representative in front of customer to clarify doubts about cluster acceptance process;
- Interface directly with customers to address NPO technical queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Work within a multi-vendor environment, leveraging cross-functional communication with Nokia Regional Optimization team and Customer to get Cluster acceptance.
- Verify network parameter settings post-swap and monitor KPIs to support customer in Swap process follow up.
- Generate comprehensive technical documentation and reports detailing swap progress, challenges, and solutions.
