Senior Change Management Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to support strategic M&A and organizational transformation projects.
This role is responsible for executing Change Management strategies, ensuring complex initiatives are successfully implemented, and driving adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
You will collaborate with Project Managers, Business Leaders, IT teams, and global stakeholders, ensuring changes are clearly communicated, understood, and embraced by employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement structured Change Management methodologies in strategic projects.
Develop and execute Change Management plans for transformation and integration initiatives.
Assess organizational change impact and readiness.
Design tailored communication and training plans for various stakeholder groups.
Identify and prepare Superusers and change agents.
Partner with project and business leaders to ensure adoption of implemented solutions.
Develop KPIs and adoption metrics to measure change success.
Contribute to continuous improvement of Change Management methodologies and onboarding materials.
Facilitate workshops and improvement sessions with business stakeholders.

Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field
✔ 5+ years of experience in:
Change Management
Organizational Transformation
Strategic Communication
✔ Experience in medium or large multinational corporations
✔ Proven track record in system implementations or transformation projects
✔ Knowledge of stakeholder management and project management
✔ Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement principles
✔ Experience with SAP and business processes (preferred)
✔ English proficiency for global communication
✔ Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications
