Job Title: VP of Revenue / CRO (LATAM Focus)

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP of Revenue / CRO for a global fintech client, present in over 20 countries and backed by notable investors such as a16z and CRV. This Series C company aims to build the best global bank for businesses and already serves over 5,000 clients. This role will report directly to the CEO and focus on driving revenue growth across the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies tailored for the LATAM market.
  • Review and manage current KPIs tied to revenue.
  • Create a marketplace analysis to identify opportunities and provide competitive strategies and tactics,
  • including metrics/KPIs per product by region.
  • Target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) specific to each region.
  • Design a streamlined playbook mapping the go-to-market (GTM) process.
  • Alleviate the CEO's responsibilities by reducing the time spent (30%+) on client and partner relationship management.
  • Lead and manage multicultural and multinational sales teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
    Provide hands-on support in driving B2B enterprise sales.
  • Utilize entrepreneurial experience or startup background to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients and support team initiatives.

  • Proven success in driving revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise sales.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a player/coach mentality; this role will be hands-on, not just managerial.
  • Experience within a B2B or client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with SMEs and verticals requiring cross-border payment support.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Previous experience leading teams in the LATAM region.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
