We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer with extensive experience in user interface (UI) design and a strong track record in creating visual solutions for strategic marketing.
About the role
Responsible for designing projects for digital interfaces (websites, apps, dashboards) with a focus on usability, innovation, and visual consistency. Create visual campaigns for marketing strategies, from conceptualization to final delivery (banners, ads, landing pages, marketing emails, etc.). Ensure the application and evolution of the brand's visual identity guidelines across all channels.
Prototype and validate interfaces and flows in design tools (such as Figma or Adobe XD). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align expectations and deliver solutions that meet business goals. Monitor design, marketing, and technology trends, applying insights to keep the brand competitive and relevant. Perform visual metrics analysis (e.g., CTR, engagement) and lead data-driven design optimizations.
- Develop and carry out a careful and technical reading of briefings and visual projects, identifying risks and opportunities to provide improvements according to the information received, considering indicators, technical requirements and delivery schedule, applying visual communication concepts (standard, contrast and harmony), ensuring the continuous improvement of communications and the best experience for the client.
- Apply and evolve creative visual design concepts for new projects and brand and performance campaigns, creating new visual elements for different on and off media, considering jobs to be done and personas, applying visual, creative and design thinking techniques, ensuring the identification of the brand's attributes and understanding by the target audience.
- Create and develop visual identity and visual key for brands and products, solidly building symbols, graphic and visual elements, always supporting the brand's visual identity guide and the strategy designed to present the final creative concept, with a focus on ensuring the readability and understanding of the message by the client. Create and develop visual strategy for social media content and/or performance and acquisition pieces, following the management of the social media agenda and ensuring the unity of language and content aligned with the brand and acquisition strategy.
- Create and develop art direction for videos and short animations, producing layouts for audiovisual content, as well as for printed materials for offline communication.
- Design improvements in pieces and visual elements, based on tests and research based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of data with clients or rounds of critique and design feedback. Certifying the documentation of learnings and disseminating the results and insights with cross-cutting areas.
- Apply and continuously improve visual design processes, following standards and promoting consistency, expanding the brand's Visual Identity Guide, proposing new rules together with the internal design and branding team.
- Design and present the idea with the appropriate storytelling and a basis for obtaining stakeholder support for design decisions.
- Design and develop the documentation and backup of the project and/or demand delivered.
- Monitor the commercial results of your deliveries, assessing the impacts within your area, updating the way you communicate with the customer.
