Responsibilities

  • Assist drivers and customers via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email to resolve questions and issues
  • Support the execution of operational support routines, such as sending documents, updating registration information, and providing general guidance
  • Help drivers with supply-related matters and proactively resolve potential problems
  • Log interactions in the customer service system (CRM), ensuring a complete history
  • Support the team in communication campaigns with drivers and customers (e.g., sending standardized messages)
  • Assist in collecting feedback through satisfaction surveys (CSAT)
  • Contribute improvement suggestions based on daily interactions
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Previous experience in Customer Support
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve problems
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Proactivity and focus on results

Bonus qualifications

  • Basic or advanced Spanish
  • Experience in the logistics, transportation, or technology sector
