About the role
We are seeking a highly driven and organized Sales Team Leader to oversee our closing and truck delivery teams. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from finalizing deals with qualified drivers to ensuring a smooth truck delivery and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of driving results, improving processes, and aligning both teams toward a seamless and high-converting sales experience.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support the Closers and Delivery teams to ensure consistent performance and successful deal closures
Monitor sales metrics, delivery timelines, and customer experience KPIs
Work closely with Pre-Sales and Management to align goals and optimize the sales funnel
Review contracts, ensure all documentation is completed, and coordinate next steps for delivery
Identify gaps in the closing process and implement strategic improvements
Develop and execute training sessions, performance reviews, and feedback routines
Ensure that every driver receives proper onboarding and support during the truck delivery process
Support the implementation of commercial campaigns and sales strategies
Report regularly to Sales Management on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities
Nice to Have:
Experience in transportation, logistics, or truck sales industries
Spanish proficiency (a plus)
Familiarity with digital contract management and onboarding platforms
