About the role
We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to take full ownership of our sales funnel data and performance insights. This is a highly analytical and strategic role focused on identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, and enhancing visibility across the sales pipeline. Working closely with leadership and sales teams, this person will dive deep into HubSpot CRM, monitor key metrics, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze the full sales funnel (from pre-sales to delivery)
Use HubSpot CRM to identify gaps, delays, and improvement opportunities in the pipeline
Create, manage, and optimize dashboards and reports for different teams and leadership
Track and report key metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance
Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability
Collaborate with team leads to align data insights with strategic initiatives
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and usability across the CRM and reporting tools
Automate repetitive reporting processes and improve visibility of key performance indicators
Stay up to date with CRM tools, sales tech, and data best practices
Nice to Have:
Experience in fast-paced sales environments (preferably in the logistics or transportation industry)
Familiarity with SQL, automation tools, or BI platforms
