About the role

We are looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst to lead the research and analysis of our competitive landscape, customer profiles, and market opportunities. This role will be the go-to expert on our competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior, working closely with marketing, product, and sales to drive strategic decisions based on data and insights.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors, including product offerings, pricing, benefits, value propositions, and business models
  • Analyze market trends and industry movements to identify threats and opportunities
  • Gather and organize materials (brochures, websites, social media, etc.) from competitors for internal use
  • Monitor and benchmark the positioning of competitors in various channels
  • Analyze customer profiles, behaviors, and feedback to support marketing and product strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to deliver data-driven insights and suggestions
  • Develop reports and presentations with actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain databases and dashboards to track market intelligence findings
  • Stay informed about industry events, partnerships, regulatory changes, and technology shifts
Requirements
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, or business intelligence
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with research tools, spreadsheets, and data visualization platforms
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and curiosity
  • Fluent English (mandatory)


Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or B2B sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, market intelligence platforms, or web scraping tools
  • Spanish proficiency (a plus)
