Support the Delivery Center operations by managing documentation, inventory, and scheduling activities. Ensure administrative processes align with the company’s operational and strategic goals.
Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support for vehicle deliveries and logistics coordination.
- Ensure the accuracy of records and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain administrative accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date records for vehicles, trailers, and parts.
- Coordinate schedules for vehicle deliveries
- Document feedback from clients and vendors
- Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional initiatives for yard operations and deliveries for customers.
- Prepare accurate reports on inventory, schedules, and administrative activities.
