About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled On-Site Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team in Joinville, SC. The person will participate in the entire recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent to meet our staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR to build and maintain a strong workforce at our facility.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person and online interviews with hiring managers. Ensure candidates meet qualifications and fit within the company culture.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientations, and ensuring all new hires are set up for success from day one.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining transparent and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular updates to HR and management on recruitment progress, including key performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize recruitment activities.
  • Ability to assess situations, identify challenges, and find creative solutions to meet hiring needs.
