About the role

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. You will help to disseminate the culture of the company and work along team leads and managers to help with performance management and development.


Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for HR consulting and guidance throughout the organization.
  • Implement and maintain HR best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy including due diligence, project management, implementation, change management, communication and roll-out.
  • Expert listening skills and ability to diagnose organizational opportunities within supported business group using strategic HR influence skills and leveraging HR functional area support.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Interpret policy and applicable employment legislation as needed.
  • Advise managers and supervisors on best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed.
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, policies and regulations.
  • Maintain HR documentation such as HR templates & forms
  • Perform administration and other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and required.
Requirements
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in English 
  • Spanish is a PLUS
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
  • Practical knowledge of operations, company policies and government regulations
  • Exceptional prioritization & organizational skills with an ability to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Exceptional Microsoft office and computer application skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Experience with HCM platforms
  • Availability to travel
