About the role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Delivery Experience Manager to lead and elevate our truck delivery operations. This person will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle—from hiring and training team members to ensure high-quality handoffs of our assets. You will define the delivery experience, implement and refine processes, establish key performance indicators, and work cross-functionally with our supply chain and operations teams.

This role is critical to guaranteeing the quality of our assets and adding value to the final mile of our customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing delivery team
  • Define roles and responsibilities for delivery staff
  • Design and continuously improve the delivery and inspection processes
  • Ensure seamless handoffs of vehicles from the supplier to the end driver
  • Standardize protocols for receiving, inspecting, and final delivery
  • Define and manage the end-to-end delivery experience
  • Define and monitor KPIs and metrics related to delivery operations
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
  • Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and asset quality
  • Work with other departments (such as Logistics, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience) to ensure delivery excellence
  • Act as the main point of contact for all delivery-related strategic initiatives
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Based near or Raleigh, NC
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a big plus!)
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
  • Good communicator with a customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proven experience in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet management (3+ years in a leadership or managerial role)
  • Strong leadership, people management, and training capabilities
  • Ability to design and implement operational processes and KPIs
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and quality
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
