About the role
The Fleet Commercial Technician Analyst will be responsible for constant visits and travels to our partnership shops and support for the new opportunities, checking the quality of services provided and following up on our trucks at the shops on site.

Responsibilities

• Search for new opportunities with partner workshops.
• Negotiation with partners.
• Keep a good relationship with our current partners.
• Evaluate the services provided by the current partners as per our standards.
• Feed the management platform in real time, providing guidance to dependent related teams.
• Take care of the SLA and performance of individual shops, generating reports.

• Fluent English,Portuguese and Spanish will be an advantage.
• Technician,Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge in the area of ​​maintenance and trucks will be an advantage.
• Availability and desire to learn.
• Sense of urgency and problem solving.
• Organized and focused.
