About the role
As a Senior Product Owner, you will define the product vision and roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will use customer and market insights to guide decisions, track success metrics, align stakeholders, and mentor junior product managers to strengthen our product culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company strategy.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear requirements and maximum value delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, operations) to transform business needs into innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market studies to inform product decisions.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) to track product adoption and performance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for product strategy, updates, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture. 
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in technology companies.
  • Strong background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data (SQL, BI tools, analytics platforms) for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced/Fluent English – both written and spoken – is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with freight marketplaces, fleet management systems, or truck driver-focused platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI, such as GPT, Gemini...
  • Prior experience in startups or high-growth scale-ups.
