About the role
We are requesting the opening of a Senior Paid Traffic Manager position (PJ, on-site) to internalize Billor’s paid media operation in Brazil.This role will be responsible for managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns focused on qualified lead generation for the U.S. market, ensuring full ownership of acquisition strategy, execution, and optimization across key advertising platforms.
 
Responsabilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns focused on qualified lead generation (MQL/SQL).
  • Manage acquisition channels across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop and scale strategies specifically for the American market.
  • Monitor daily KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve pipeline efficiency.
  • Ensure proper tracking implementation (Pixel, GA4, UTMs, conversion events).
  • Support the development of dashboards and smarter lead forecasting models based on real performance data.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Paid Traffic / Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Strong background running campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
  • Fluent English (mandatory) for daily communication with U.S. stakeholders.
  • Advanced expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (campaign structure, tracking, scaling).
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and performance-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with GA4, Pixel setup, conversion APIs, UTMs, and event tracking.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Hands-on, proactive, and extremely organized profile.
  • Availability for on-site work in Billor Brazil office under PJ contract.
