About the role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Management Executive to oversee the end-to-end management of our truck fleet operations. This role is responsible for supply planning, maintenance oversight, and ensuring high-quality truck deliveries to customers. The ideal candidate will combine operational expertise, process discipline, and strong leadership skills to ensure fleet readiness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilities

Fleet Operations & Availability

  • Ensure fleet readiness in accordance with defined operational standards
  • Monitor truck availability, utilization, and performance metrics
  • Implement and enforce standardized inspection and release processes


Supply & Planning

  • Manage fleet supply levels based on demand forecasts and operational needs
  • Coordinate truck allocation across locations to optimize availability
  • Develop short- and medium-term fleet planning strategies
  • Maintenance Management
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Ensure all trucks meet safety, regulatory, and company compliance standards
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs (downtime, cost per mile, turnaround time)
  • Ensure proper documentation (ECM reports, service records, compliance files) is complete and up to date


Truck Delivery & Customer Experience

  • Ensure trucks are fully prepared prior to customer delivery (maintenance completed, equipment installed, documentation ready, cleanliness standards met)
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with operations and commercial teams
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction during the handover process


Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Enforce adherence to defined operational processes and inspection checkpoints
  • Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across fleet operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, supply chain, and sales teams


Leadership & Accountability

  • Provide guidance and support to operational teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Promote accountability and operational discipline across departments
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics operations
  • Strong background in supply planning, maintenance oversight, and asset lifecycle management
  • Experience managing truck delivery processes to customers
  • Knowledge of fleet management systems and ECM diagnostics preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Results-driven with strong process orientation
