About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help strengthen our product execution and elevate the maturity of our product team.

This role will report to the Group Product Manager and will be responsible for leading the product work of a dedicated squad, working closely with engineering, design, QA, and operations. While the Group Product Manager will drive broader product strategy and organizational priorities, the Senior Product Manager will focus on translating that strategy into clear execution and impactful product delivery.

The role will also play an important part in mentoring and supporting Product Owners, helping evolve team practices, improve product thinking, and strengthen our product culture.


Key Responsibilities

Squad Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead product execution for a dedicated squad, working closely with engineering, design, QA, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Translate product strategy and priorities defined with the Group Product Manager into clear initiatives, backlog items, and deliverables.
  • Ensure the squad is focused on delivering high-value solutions aligned with company goals.
  • Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.


Product Execution

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity, focus, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Support discovery and solution design to ensure problems are well understood before development.
  • Ensure product initiatives are clearly defined and measurable.


Team Development

  • Mentor and support Product Owners to improve backlog management, product discovery, and prioritization practices.
  • Share best practices and help elevate product standards across squads.
  • Contribute to strengthening the product culture and ways of working within the team.


Customer & Data Insights

  • Work with stakeholders and data teams to gather customer insights and product performance data.
  • Use metrics and feedback to inform product decisions and continuously improve the product experience.


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Communicate product progress, priorities, and outcomes to the Group Product Manager and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between squad execution and broader product goals.
Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in technology companies.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience mentoring or supporting other product professionals (PMs or POs).
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into structured execution and delivery.
  • Analytical mindset and experience working with product metrics and data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology.
  • Experience in startups or high-growth technology companies.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies such as GPT, Gemini, or other AI-powered product features.
  • Experience building products for driver ecosystems, fleet management, or freight platforms.
