About the role

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team. You will help execute HR processes and help improve daily operations by using your skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee the end-to-end payroll process using Rippling and Husky, ensuring all payments are accurate and on time.
  • Maintain and update employee records within our HRIS, managing international and local transfers/payments.
  • Coordinate the documentation for new hires and manage termination processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Handle the enrollment and management of employee benefits and address any team inquiries.
  • Ensure all HR activities and records comply with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Assist with internal HR projects, document organization, and basic recruitment support when needed.

 

Requirements
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in HR or People Operations roles.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
  • Exceptional prioritization & organizational skills with an ability to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Microsoft office or Google Suite and computer application skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Experience with HR routines and tasks
  • Experience with HR management platforms
  • Participate in talent acquisition processes: source, recruit, interview and analyze candidates.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Practical knowledge of government regulations or;
  • Photo and video editing or;
  • Accounting or;
  • Psychology.
