Your role is essential in bridging broker needs with Billor’s platform and internal capabilities.

About the role
The Broker Success Partner (BSP) is a strategic, relationship-focused role responsible for ensuring that freight brokers thrive on the Billor platform. You will serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of brokers, helping them onboard, grow, plan loads efficiently, improve performance, and overcome operational challenges.

This role blends customer success, operational planning, and light project management — with a strong focus on broker enablement, long-term relationship development, and proactive business impact.The BSP works closely with Billor’s Freight team and drivers to ensure brokers receive accurate planning support, performance insights, and the tools they need to scale efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Load Planning & Quotes
  • Assist brokers with accurate and timely shipment planning
  • Support brokers by coordinating accurate quoting, leveraging Billor tools and pricing frameworks
  • Partner with dispatch stakeholders to ensure smooth load execution


Relationship Management

  • Serve as the strategic coach and primary relationship owner for each assigned broker
  • Develop long-term trust, engagement, and operational alignment
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with broker stakeholders


Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key performance indicators (OTD, acceptance rates, volume trends, etc.)
  • Regularly review business performance with brokers and propose actionable improvements
  • Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps


Project Management

  • Coordinate special initiatives and projects
  • Work cross-functionally with Freight and drivers
  • Document requirements and escalate issues as needed


Issue Resolution

  • Support rapid escalation and resolution of operational challenges
  • Coordinate internally to remove blockers for brokers
  • Ensure brokers receive timely updates when solving issues
Requirements

Must-Have

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in freight brokerage, customer success, or operations
  • Strong account management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate insights into practical recommendations
  • Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple brokers simultaneously
  • Comfort with tools such as TMS platforms, analytics dashboards, CRMs
  • Strong problem-solving orientation and business acumen


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working directly with freight brokers
  • Basic understanding of pricing, quoting, and planning workflows
  • Experience in SaaS or tech-enabled logistics products
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Logistics experience
