About the role

Billor is a freight-tech company operating at the intersection of Fintech, Technology, and Freight. Our team manages a complex fleet operation across multiple Distribution Centers, and we are growing fast. We are looking for an Operation Assistant – Parts  to reinforce our operations. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing our inventory of shop parts.
• Make a Daily conference to check inconsistencies.
• Ensure the visual and storage organization of equipment.
• Feed the system with information about our stock to keep the minimum stock requirements.

• Basic knowledge of organizational environment
• Fleetio system knowledge will be an advantage
• 5S and organizational tools  will be an advantage.
• Dealership prior experience will be considered an advantage.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ownership sense.
