We operate a fleet of several hundred heavy-duty trucks and run integrated business lines across freight, fintech, and technology platforms. 

About Role
We are looking for an intern to support our customer engagement and communication efforts across social media channels.

• Respond to comments on social media platforms;
• Respond to questions and messages from users;
• Engage with our audience in a clear, professional, and friendly manner;
• Identify frequently asked questions and recurring topics;
• Create and update FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions);
• Assist in organizing common questions and standard responses used in customer interactions.
  
  

• Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Strong written communication skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Interest in social media and engaging with audiences.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in customer service;
• Previous experience working with social media;
• Familiarity with customer service or social media management tools.
